What data does Mads & Moodle collect?
When an individual subscribes to our mailing list or makes an enquiry, basic personal information will be collected. Including:
Your Full Name (For email reply or contact purposes)
Your Email Address (to reply to the enquiry or email you our latest offers and news)
Your contact number (to contact you about making a requested appointment)
Age of your baby or child (to give you the correct price of the services you require)
Location (to check you are within my travel zone or to quote travel expenses if you are outside of my free travel zone)
How you heard about us (for marketing purposes)

Why does Mads & Moodle collect this data?
Your details are collected in order to process an enquiry form and reply to you with the information you requested or make an appointment. Or add you to the Mads & Moodle email newsletter subscription which keeps you up to date with out latest offers and news.
How will my data be used?
Your data is NOT shared with or sold to any outside individuals. Mads & Moodle will only share your name and email address with Mailchimp who we use to publish and send our email newsletters. On occasions where items need to be posted we will only share your full name and address with Royal Mail (if applicable)
How does Mads & Moodle keep your data secure?
All data is stored on a password protected computer: Your data will also be held by Mailchimp as we use this website to publish our email newsletters, for further information on their privacy policy and security please click here. Your data will also be held by Squarespace.com as a result of this website being hosted through Squarespace. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Requesting a copy of the data Mads & Moodle holds:
You can request a copy of all the data Mads & Moodle currently holds on file for you personally (if applicable). Mads & Moodle is legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request. Please email jen@madsandmoodle.co.uk should you request this information.
Requesting Mads & Moodle delete all data held:
If you would like Mads & Moodle to delete all information held on file please email us at jen@madsandmoodle.co.uk we are legally required to do so should you request it.
