I am so happy to be able to open my doors again to doing life casting appointments again, I have implemented some new protocol to make your appointment as safe as possible with the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Please read the following information with regards to your appointment with Mads & Moodle and the current Covid-19 pandemic. I am following the current HM Government guidelines and I am implementing additional safety, hygiene and social distancing measures to make sure your appointment is as risk free and safe as possible.
I kindly ask that you do not attend an appointment with me if you are currently displaying any of the symptoms listed below or have done in the last 14 days. Or have been in contact with anyone with any of the symptoms listed below in the last 14 days:
A new continuous cough
A high temperature
A loss of, or change in your normal sense of taste or smell?
If you have had any of these symptoms, however mild. I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment and reschedule at a later date.
I would prefer if only one parent/ carer of the baby/ child attends the appointment, if this is not possible then I would request that only one parent/ carer enters my studio during the casting process. The additional parent / carer can remain seated outside in the garden whilst they are waiting.
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment, I will only be scheduling a maximum of two appointments per day to give me additional time for cleaning and sanitising equipment and surfaces. Hand sanitiser will be available on arrival and I request that you please use it.
I will be trying to keep appointments as short as possible so please take a good look at my website gallery before your appointment so you have a good idea of what you would like created before you arrive. There are lots of framing options and paint finishes available to view in the gallery to make your decisions easier. I will be gathering your personal information in advance of the appointment via email and I am available to answer any questions you might have. I will still have samples available to view but handling will be kept to a minimum. Where possible I will be trying to do some or all of the appointment in the garden of my studio this is of course weather permitting. If this is not possible I will increase the ventilation in my studio by having the door and window open.
Where social distancing is not possible and during the actual casting process I will be wearing appropriate PPE equipment. A face shield, disposable mask, disposable apron and gloves. If the appointment needs to be held indoors I would like you, the client to wear a mask (children under 11 do not need to wear a mask).
I will be implementing additional cleaning of all surfaces, and all my equipment will be cleaned throughly between clients if it is not disposable.
Hand sanitiser will be available to use on arrival at your appointment and on leaving.
I will also be holding a temporary record of your information for a period of 21 days for the use of the government Covid-19 track and trace scheme.
